HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN
Project Coordinator role available- Contract position to provide support for various technical / HR related projects. This position will require on-site 3 days a week in the Orlando area. Duties may include :
- Creating detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, assigning tasks to team members, and managing project calendars.
- Assist in tracking project expenses, identifying potential cost overruns, and ensuring the project stays within budget constraints.
- Facilitating clear communication between team members, clients, and other stakeholders through regular meetings, updates, and reports.
- Tracking project progress against the plan, creating status reports, and highlighting any deviations from the schedule.
- Managing project logistics such as booking meeting rooms, ordering supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.
