Job Overview
This is a full-time position working Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 9:00am-9:30pm. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in radiologic technology and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
The Radiology Technologist will be responsible for:
- Operating medical imaging equipment to produce high-quality images
- Assisting patients with exam preparation and ensuring their safety and comfort
- Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A completion of formal Radiological Technology training course in an AMA approved school or the equivalent
- ARRT certification within one year of employment
- Current State of Florida Department of Health, Bureau of Radiation Control, and operator's license
- BLS certification by American Heart Association
