Requirements of the positions include : ~1 year APP experience : will consider new grad APRN s with several years of prior and relevant nursing experience. ~ New grad APPs welcome in some select roles. ~ Team player with patient-first mindset ~ Excellent communication skills ~ Eligibility for active Florida license ~ Ability to collaborate closely with attending physicians and work autonomously. A strong emphasis will be placed on evidence-based medicine with a concentration on patient centered care.
