The role you’ll contribute:
Responsible for guiding and executing AdventHealth Central Florida Division Tourism marketing and partnership strategy to drive revenue and establish strategic relationships in Central Florida. Work involves marketing AdventHealth to stimulate revenue and grow awareness of services and partnerships. This role will cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with portfolio of tourism, municipalities, government, hotel, transportation, attraction/theme park and/or business organizations. Provides strategic insights to the marketing, corporate sales and partnership teams to drive new revenue and create new promotional opportunities. Creates an innovative environment for growth, creativity and collaboration and an atmosphere with open communication. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- Work with Partnerships, Marketing, Corporate Sales, Operations and Clinical teams to develop Division-wide strategies and programs to drive revenue from Tourism industry and consumers
- Leads day-to-day execution of tourism strategy
- Influence and implement aspects of the tourism marketing plan
- Develops an annual tourism plan for strategic market
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
- Bachelor's in business, sales, marketing, communications, or related field
- 5 marketing, partnership, sales or related experience
- 2 management experience to include project and/or people management
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State and driving record in accordance with Facility policy. Valid auto insurance
