The role you’ll contribute:
Provide maintenance and preventative maintenance to the grounds, equipment, and buildings to provide a safe and healthful environment. The primary proficiency of this position is grounds work. Other responsibilities include those of general maintenance (i.e., parking lots, trash removal, flowerbeds, exterior signage, and equipment maintenance.

- Anticipates maintenance needs before they become a problem or a safety hazard.
- Works well under pressure of time constraints.
- Mows, trims, waters, plants, prunes, and otherwise maintains lawns, flowerbeds, shrubs, and trees.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Required qualifications:
- High School Grad or Equivalent and 1 years' experience
- CO Driver's License
- Organizational knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
- Ability to maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition
- Able to communicate in English
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred qualifications:
- Associate's degree, technical degree in a related field; or a combination of one of these degrees with related experience
- 2 yrs technical experience
