Job Title: Groundskeeper – Landscaping & Facilities Aesthetics

Pay: $20-$24 hourly

• 1 year of experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related field.
• Prior experience working in a healthcare or highly regulated environment.
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and basic irrigation systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain polite and professional in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
