Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - Heart Health Specialist

Schedule

• 4 days a week, 9hr shifts
• 8-10 days of call 1 weekend a month (Fri, Sat, Sun)

Responsibilities

1. Assist the physician during cardiac and electrophysiological invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures
2. Evaluate equipment functionality and readiness for procedures
3. Prepare patients for procedures, monitor and position them as needed
4. Communicate with physicians and staff regarding patient conditions
5. Maintain accurate procedural documentation in electronic medical records
6. Participate in departmental performance improvement activities

Requirements

• Registered Nurse, Cardiovascular Tech, or Radiology Technologist licensure/certification in Georgia
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
