The role you’ll contribute:
The RN Surgery Scheduler is responsible for scheduling Surgical and Endoscopy patients in the Epic Scheduling Module; obtaining and entering accurate insurance information; answering incoming phone calls; transcribing physician orders and sending to appropriate departments.

Competence with Epic Scheduling module. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, balance and reconcile figures, punctuate properly, spell correctly and transcribe accurately.

Establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of organizational policies, procedures and systems.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum qualifications :
- Graduate from accredited professional school of nursing
- At least two years experience in patient care in a hospital setting required.
- Current Kansas RN License
- Preferred qualifications:
- Prior scheduling experience preferred.
- Knowledge of outpatient procedures preferred
