The role youll contribute :
Performs the installation, maintenance, and repair of plant systems for the organization including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, hot water systems, etc. Coordinates and performs testing of boiler / chiller systems as required by codes. Assists other trades as needed and general maintenance related to the facility.

Schedules and performs preventative maintenance according to procedure including but not limited to inspecting, calibrating, adjusting, lubricating, repairing, and replacing.
Performs major overhauls and rebuilds.
Maintains equipment at optimum efficiency using accepted procedures.
troubleshoots, tests, and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under limited guidance
Oversees essential repairs and other duties as carried out
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed :
High School education or equivalent
4 years of experience
Valid Drivers License
Boiler Operator License
