- Documents all event details timely and accurately.
- Executes all communications timely and accurately.
- Remains current and knowledgeable in all applicable hospital, code, departmental, and policy updates.
- Compliant to all departmental policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- One (1) year PBX switchboard/operator, call center – high call volume environment, clerical/administrative, hospitality, and/or customer service-focused experience
