Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Teaching health science, health promotion, physical education theory, and activity classes.
- Involvement in scholarly activities related to the discipline.
- Departmental and university committee memberships, advising students, and involvement with professional organizations.
Required Experience :
An earned doctorate in a Health or Physical Education related field is preferred with an exceptional record of excellence in teaching. The successful candidate will be a Seventh-day Adventist dedicated to integrating faith with teaching, leadership, and scholarship.
The department seeks candidates to join a collaborative team focused on student success, and committed to the ongoing development of our curriculum to produce thoughtful, inquisitive, and engaged professionals that will advance the health and well-being of the next generation.
Salary range : $52,101 to $82,929, commensurate with teaching experience and education.
