Job Summary:
Provides development, installation, training, testing and support of cloud based computer applications with full project management responsibilities. Leads a small team and/or direct assigned staff during phases of the systems lifecycle. Develops and implements strategies for adoption and optimization of standard applications and evaluates impact.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
- Five years' application/technical experience in ERP Cloud technology: Preferred
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, Kronos Workforce Timekeeper and Taleo: Required
- Experience leading and managing implementation processes/teams using ITIL project management techniques. Experience planning, leading and managing projects.: Required

Applicants with business operations in healthcare with an interest in technology are encouraged to apply. This role is NOT a cloud developer/analyst in the technical sense, but an application support team with the need to have a good understanding of the business and how it operates to provide guidance, workflow improvements, and support for each application this teams supports.
Essential Functions:
- Analyzes and documents needs of hospital and healthcare network departments and assists in the development of best practice standards. Maintains and modifies cloud-based business applications utilizing established standards and departmental protocols for systems, design, coding, documentation, and distribution to meet user requests and specifications. Manages the planning and installation of automated systems. Works with end users to develop specifications for the purchase, development and installation of software systems.
- Monitors and maintains progress of IT implementation plans and proposes corrective action where required. Utilizes appropriate planned change management models, principles and techniques in system planning, development, implementation and evaluation.
- Leads project meetings and works cooperatively with team members to assign duties with the overall program and related projects. Facilitates application workflow design and application integration sessions. Develops and monitors measurements of process improvements, including those enabled by standardized workflows.
- Supports the preparation and delivery of training materials and formal/informal training. Identifies educational opportunities related to standard applications and operational use of them.
- Collaborates with technical teams to define hardware/network requirements and to research and problem-solve technical issues. Installs and tests software per release checklist guidelines.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
