Job Summary:
Provides application support to employees. Maintains personal computers and related hardware. Assists Network Engineers with installation of software and hardware.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
- Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
- Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) - Infrastructure and Desktop: Preferred
- Dell certification: Preferred
- A certification: Preferred
Essential Functions:
- Performs computer system maintenance, repairs, and installations. Monitors and controls computer equipment by operating the central console or an online monitor. Monitors hardware systems using operating systems utilities.
- Provides user support, training, and education. Ensures prompt, professional, and courteous response to requestors of computer services. Assists end users with problems and requests for information and equipment specifications.
- Installs and implements personal and network computer equipment.
- Maintains service level agreements with various end-user departments and enterprise business units.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
