About the Role
As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Financial Strategy will play a critical role in driving financial performance and growth across our organization.
Reporting directly to the system Chief Financial Officer, this leader will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic financial plans that align with our overall business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans to drive growth and profitability
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
