Job Summary:
Supports grants and other fundraising professional(s) to ensure appropriate record-keeping and database of all grant makers and grants (both grants applied for and grants received). Assists with monitoring grant-funded programs. Communicates with granting agencies, tracks the status of requests and submits evaluation reports to contributors.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
- Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
Essential Functions:
- Works with finance officer and staff to ensure record keeping. Researches and prints grant applications and other materials, as needed.
- Monitors and files paperwork connected with grant-funded programs. Ensures reports filed in a timely manner.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Organizational Requirements:

The estimated base pay for this position is $26.66 to $36.57. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through years of experience, differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions. This is a grant-funded position and is temporary. Notwithstanding, Adventist Health does not guarantee employment for any specific term and is subject to Adventist Health’s at-will employment policy.
