Job Summary:
Leads the planning and coordination of special projects in support of the organization's strategic plan on a per project basis. Works collaboratively with internal and external resources, as directed.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
- Seven years' business development experience: Preferred
- Five years' leadership experience: Preferred
Essential Functions:
- Directs projects with responsibility to oversee execution of initiatives from start to finish.
- Leads with an operational focus, overseeing planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods.
- Acts as advisor to senior management on the development of overall policy and long-term goals of the program. Provides program evaluation results to the administrative staff for assessment.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
