Job Summary:
Leads, facilitates, executes, coaches, consults and educates process improvement teams. Leads the organization with process improvement deployment that includes mentoring facilitators, tracking the local deployment scorecard and reporting results. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment. Manages large program(s) with substantial budget/impact. Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines tactical approach, resources, schedules and goals. Applies advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems .
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
- Five years' relevant experience: Preferred
- Two years' healthcare experience: Preferred
- One year's leadership experience: Preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
- Certified CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) or certified in a related field: Preferred
Essential Functions:
- Designs and improves measurement processes. Performs analysis using appropriate tools and interpret the results using critical thinking to reach sound conclusions and make reasonable and doable recommendations. Works with the team to implement the recommendations. Verifies impact, and establishes a control plan.
- Helps to set stretch goals and guides the team through the process improvement roadmap. Identifies the critical input factors then facilitates the necessary changes to achieve process improvements. Utilizes process improvement tools to analyze opportunities for improvement. Monitors group processes. Escalates problems that cannot be resolved within the team setting to leadership contacts.
- Actively identifies and reports opportunities for improvement, seeks solutions and communicates through proper chain of command.
- Converts process metric improvements into an auditable financial benefit. Documents and obtains operations and finance agreement on formal project look backs.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

The estimated base pay for this position is $120,077 to $180,115. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through years of experience, differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
