To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in radiological technology and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Essential Functions:
- Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated portions of the body
- Position and instruct patients prior to examination
- Adjust the x-ray equipment and determine proper voltage as well as current and desired exposure time for each radiograph
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluoroscopy license in the state of employment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
