You will work closely with our sales team, warehouse staff, and external carriers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of our products. Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Resolve any issues or complaints regarding orders, shipments, or product quality
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets
- Assist with inventory management and maintain stock levels at optimal levels
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance customer service and logistics processes
- Prior experience in customer service and logistics roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and logistics coordination
- Ability to resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Knowledge of ERP systems and logistics software is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree is a plus
