Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the developmental needs of all students.
- Communicate effectively with management and parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
- Oversee daily childcare activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
- Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies.
- Engage in toddler care activities, promoting healthy habits and routines among young learners.
- Participate in curriculum development initiatives to enhance the educational experience for preschoolers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
Requirements
- Experience in childcare or daycare settings is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in behavior management techniques suitable for preschool-aged children.
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus but not required.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their growth and development.
