What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inbound Call Center Representative position at Adventure Getaways LLC?
You will be taking Inbound calls and scheduling appointments for callers to attend a presentation. Some Outbound calls will need to be made to confirm appointments already set by each representative. Must have a good personality, friendly on phone and have patience with difficult callers. Must be able to handle multiple calls, work independently and as a team. Must be a team player! Some basic computer skills needed which includes excel. This is a part time position with potential for full time. Looking for someone that can work different shifts throughout the day into evening, and typically work a Saturday once a month.
This is a work from home position for the right candidate. Applicant must be relatively local to the area.
