Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Ride Operators. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests as they experience our thrilling rides. You will interact with visitors, manage ride operations, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a background in hospitality or customer-facing roles, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages.
Duties
- Operate rides safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure compliance with ride rules to maintain a safe environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Assist guests in boarding and disembarking from rides, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ride area, including equipment checks before operation.
- Collaborate with team members to manage ride operations during peak times effectively.
- Engage with guests through public speaking to enhance their experience during ride operations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when selling tickets or merchandise related to rides.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests of all ages, especially children.
- Experience in public speaking is a plus to effectively communicate with guests during operations.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by operational needs.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe environment for all guests while providing an enjoyable experience is essential.
