In this role, you will be the face of our amusement park, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. You will operate rides, assist guests, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Duties
- Operate amusement park rides safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Monitor ride operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
- Assist guests in boarding and disembarking from rides, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of ride areas, including regular inspections of equipment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when selling tickets or food items at ride locations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak times and special events.
- Engage with guests, especially children, to enhance their experience and create memorable moments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred; experience in resort or theater settings is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests of all ages.
- Experience in food service or cash handling is beneficial.
- Ability to manage conflicts calmly and professionally while maintaining guest satisfaction.
- A background in events management or guest services can enhance your candidacy.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by park operations.
