This is a full-time position, 3rd shift overnight from Monday - Friday with weekend rotation from 10:00 PM- 6:30AM.

What You’ll Do as a Diesel Technician:

• Work with a Variety of Premium Vehicles – Gain hands-on experience with top brands like VanHool, MCI, Prevost, Temsa, Ford, and Mercedes mini-buses.
• Master Diverse Mechanical Systems – From engines and transmissions to air brakes and electrical diagnostics, you’ll expand your expertise across multiple vehicle systems.
• Safety First – Follow established protocols to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your team.
• Preventive Maintenance & Repairs – Conduct routine inspections and repairs to keep our fleet running at peak performance.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with the Lead Mechanic and Director of Maintenance to ensure timely service and seamless operations.
• Keep Learning – Stay up to date with new technologies in diesel mechanics and motorcoach maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with diesel-fueled equipment, including mechanical components and electrical troubleshooting.
• Diagnostic Expertise: Proficiency in identifying and resolving engine, transmission, braking, and electrical issues.
• Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience with motorcoaches and mini-buses is a plus, but not required.
• Certifications (Preferred): Industry-related training certifications demonstrate a commitment to excellence.
• CDL License (Preferred): A Commercial Driver’s License is an asset for vehicle testing.
• Personal Tools: Must have and be proficient in the use of hand tools required for diesel maintenance.
