Customer Support Associate Responsibilities :
- Attending training programs to increase product knowledge and improve customer service abilities.
- Resolving client inquiries by phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email.
- Processing and recording incoming calls in the CRM system.
- Identifying consumer requirements.
- Inquiries are forwarded and escalated to the appropriate persons and departments.
