AdvisaCare is an established Home Health / Medicare Agency seeking Home Health Certified Lymphedema Therapist to provide Lymphedema Visits for our patients
We have need in the following Area
Genesee County & Lapeer County

The ideal candidates must be dynamic, energetic, highly organized and efficient professionals!! - Current Michigan PT or OT License
- Minimum one (1) year of Home Health experience (preferred but not required)
- CLT Certificate or CLT LANA Credential from the Lymphology Assoc of North America(LANA)
- Prior work experience with lymphedema working with interdisciplinary health care team members
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide competent, compassionate care to all ages of the population
- Strong communication skills both verbal & written
- Updated Tuberculin (TB) test and current CPR certification required
- Clear Criminal History/Drug Screen
- Compassionate and caring demeanor, excellent communication skills ability to think critically
- Ability to travel within service area of AdvisaCare as needed
