Bachelorâ¿¿s, Masterâ¿¿s or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. AND Experience: 2 years of clinical practice required. Valid state license in Occupational Therapy. Valid certification from the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) is required. BLS, CPR via AHA required Lymphedema Certification- preferred Bachelorâ¿¿s, Masterâ¿¿s or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. AND Experience: 2 years of clinical practice required. Valid state license in Occupational Therapy.
