Job Description
The Part-Time Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, prospects, and team members. This includes answering phones, greeting clients, recording notes, and maintaining databases.
Key Responsibilities
The Part-Time Receptionist will assist in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations by performing various tasks, including:
- Answering phones and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensuring vendor supplies are stocked for client meetings
- Recording notes from client conversations in an accurate and timely manner
- Entering and maintaining databases of clients and prospects
- Managing filing systems
- Attending and contributing to team meetings
- Maintaining the office environment in an immaculate and organized condition
- Maintaining job-related compliance files
- Assisting in organizing events, event supplies, and promotional materials
- Assisting in coordinating various vendor/client events
- Developing and mailing letters to clients as needed
- Prioritizing daily tasks to ensure proactive time management
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 2 years of experience working in a professional office and fast-paced environment
- Proficient skills with MS Office Suite
- Comfortable and familiar with CRM platforms
- Industry experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Calendar management
- Polished interpersonal and presentation competencies
- Exceptional phone skills
- Sincere and caring attitude
Compensation and Benefits
