Our fast-paced and faith-based financial firm in Wichita, KS is seeking to add a Client Service Administrator to our team! The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has the desire to work in the financial industry long-term and contribute to the growth of our business.
Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to service the existing client base with all service requests including beneficiary changes/withdrawals, incoming client service calls, database management, and client appointment preparation including updating client account summaries for their review meetings, preparing the main advisor for his/her review meetings, and preparing issued accounts for delivery.

Minimum Requirements:
- Associate's degree preferred
- 2 years working in a fast-paced office environment preferred
- Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
- CRM experience
Responsibilities:
- Prepare annuity applications and Fidelity account applications.
- Track money movement once applications are submitted.
- Assist with portfolio evaluation using Nitrogen software.
- Assist with financial planning using Money Guide Elite software.
- Assist with tax planning using Stonewood software.
- Maintain client notes in Redtail CRM.
- Prepare slides for the Advisor to present to clients and prospective clients.
Hourly Compensation:
- $16 - $20/hr.

Hours:
- Mondays: 8:30am-6pm
- Tuesdays-Thursdays: 8:30am-7pm
- Fridays: 8:30am-1pm
- Must be available for occasional evening and weekend client events
