About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining databases.
  • Ensure that all client interactions are professional, courteous, and responsive to their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms.
