Job Overview: As a Client Service Representative with Advisor HR, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients. You will be providing exceptional service and support in areas such as payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and human resources. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with clients, helping them to effectively manage their employee administration needs. You will have expertise in all areas of our core service offering to answer questions related to the services we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: - Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and support. - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Support and Service Delivery: - Answering phones with confidence and resolving issues or concerns. - Printing and shipping of “live” checks to client address in a timely manner. - Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaboration and Teamwork: - Work closely with other departments, including Payroll, Benefits, and HR, to deliver comprehensive service to clients. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes and practices. - Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
