Our client is a fast-growing, early-stage startup revolutionizing healthcare with AI-powered solutions. Our mission is to transform complex workflows through intelligent automation, particularly in voice and revenue cycle management applications. Our client seeks passionate, innovative professionals to help drive this transformation and improve patient and provider experiences worldwide. We are looking for a talented and driven AI Engineer specializing in large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate has extensive experience designing and deploying application-layer LLM-powered solutions and working with best-in-class tools such as Langfuse, TensorZero, or similar technologies. Candidates with expertise in voice AI applications are especially encouraged to apply.
About the Role :
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that leverage LLMs to enhance business-critical workflows.
- Optimize and fine-tune LLMs to meet performance, scalability, and accuracy requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Monitor and maintain AI systems, ensuring they operate with high reliability and efficiency.
- Stay up to date with advancements in AI / ML technologies, tools, and techniques, applying relevant innovations to improve our product suite.
- Conduct research and development to explore new applications for voice AI and LLM-driven solutions.
