Their cutting-edge technology leverages proprietary large language models (LLMs) and other machine learning models to drive innovation and improve efficiency in critical healthcare operations. They are seeking passionate professionals to join their growing team. We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with deep expertise in large language models and related AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience fine-tuning LLMs, implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques, and conducting model evaluation to ensure performance and reliability. This role will be instrumental in enhancing their proprietary AI solutions and expanding their impact across healthcare applications.
About the Role :
- Develop and fine-tune proprietary LLMs and other machine learning models to meet business and product requirements.
- Implement and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance AI system performance.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluation and benchmarking of LLMs to maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to integrate machine learning capabilities into the core product.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI / ML research and tools, applying relevant innovations to improve product offerings.
- Design and implement model monitoring systems to ensure ongoing performance and reliability.
