- Prepare and present company-wide communications and events.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
People Management Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, mentor, and develop employees through recruitment, job description development, and new hire onboarding.
- Oversee employee performance development and execution, ensuring alignment with individual and business objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant field.
- At least 5 years of broad-based human resources experience.
- Proven success as a people manager with relationship-focused HR leadership experience.
- PREFERRED: PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification.
