Job Overview
This role is designed to meet with advisors, support staff, and clients to facilitate the sales process of life insurance, annuity, long-term care, and disability insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an internal wholesaler for all Life, Annuity, LTC, DI, and Linked Benefit sales and case design.
- Provide insurance illustration and case design support to sales and concierge teams.
- Support advisors to grow their practice through developing business plans, producer training, prospecting support, point-of-sale work, sales tactics, and coaching.
- Meet or exceed established department metrics in collaboration with insurance wholesalers.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in the insurance or financial services industry (preferred).
- MN Life and Health licensed or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment (required).
- Familiarity with carrier illustration software (preferred).
- Comprehensive understanding of Life, Annuity, LTC, DI, and Linked Benefit Insurance.
