At Advisors Excel, our mission is to help good advisors become great business owners. When our advisors succeed, we succeed! We're searching for a highly skilled Corporate Project Manager to contribute to our advisors and Advisors Excel's growth and long-term success.

As a member of our Corporate Marketing Team, you'll collaborate with our marketing teams, creative department and our executive leaders to develop and execute AE's marketing strategy. You'll be responsible for implementing marketing programs and campaigns to recruit, onboard and retain top quality financial advisors.

This position will work in our Topeka office; you'll be inspired everyday by talented teammates and an amazing culture. What you'll do:

Implement marketing programs and campaigns to include: online, social media, print, events and other marketing activities
Develop project briefs and collaborate on creative development with internal clients, design and production teams
Be a vocal contributor in creative collaboration and building and executing corporate marketing strategy
Ensure projects are completed within the desired budget, schedule and quality standards
Manage and track the scheduling, design, compliance review and production processes of projects
Coordinate with external print and production vendors to get applicable materials produced on schedule
Manage mailers, gifts and outreach advisor programs
Monitor and analyze metrics to evaluate effectiveness and optimize performance of marketing campaigns
Update reporting documents to share with internal team members

Experience you'll bring:

Professional and articulate in written and verbal communication; ability to build a rapport with all personality types and all levels of staff
Strong organizational skills; capacity to manage heavy workload while navigating a variety of competing, ever changing priorities
Data minded individual with strong analytical skills
Ability to working independently, but also as a collaborative team member
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in a fast pace environment
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail

Bonus Points:

At least two years of marketing and sales experience
Previous project management experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
