What you’ll do:
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of the AE Insite Marketing Dashboard, a new system designed to consolidate data from multiple marketing channels—including digital marketing, TV, web, radio, and call center lead generation—into a centralized platform.
- Define detailed business requirements and oversee prototype development from concept to finalization.
- Evaluate and select external vendors for system development, ensuring alignment with project requirements, budget, and overall business needs.
- Participate in technical discussions to guide design decisions and ensure the system meets project goals and delivers expected outcomes.
- Work closely with technology, creative, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless adoption and execution.
- Train and support internal teams on new technology rollouts, ensuring maximum user adoption.
- Collaborate with internal business teams to ensure timely feature delivery and ongoing enhancements.
- Partner with the Director to drive innovation in marketing automation, email campaign management, and lead generation tools.
- Oversee customized campaign development and automated marketing workflows, optimizing advisor marketing efforts.
- Be the go-to expert for marketing automation systems, troubleshooting issues and enhancing user experience.
Experience you’ll bring:
- 3 years’ experience in project, product and/or program management with a focus on marketing and sales integration.
- Previous experience building, leading, and implementing product initiatives.
- Strong aptitude for technology and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A strategic mindset with a talent for turning ideas into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills—whether you’re presenting to stakeholders, training users, or collaborating across teams.
- A knack for problem-solving and improving processes with innovative tech solutions.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and lead generation technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
