Take Charge of Facility Operations in a Manufacturing Environment
We are looking for a hands-on Facilities Supervisor to oversee building maintenance, infrastructure improvements, and facility upkeep at our metal fabrication plant. This position requires technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, along with the ability to lead a maintenance team and ensure efficient facility operations.

What You Bring to the Table
Education & Experience – AAS degree in Maintenance, HVAC, Electrical, or related field preferred, or 5 years of hands-on experience in facilities management within an industrial or manufacturing setting
Technical Expertise – Strong background in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance
Certification Requirement – HVAC certification is required, with proven experience in troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC systems
Leadership & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to supervise teams, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure smooth facility operations
