What are the responsibilities and job description for the CRM Integration Specialist position at AdvizorPro?
Location: Hybrid (Midtown Atlanta, Monday–Thursday in office; Friday remote)
Employment Type: Full-time
AdvizorPro is a fast-growing SaaS company powering sales and marketing teams in the financial services space. We work with asset managers, wealthtech platforms, and service providers to help them identify, connect with, and convert their ideal customers.
We are seeking a technically skilled, client-focused Integration Specialist to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success and Technical Solutions—working directly with clients to ensure seamless CRM integrations that drive adoption, value, and long-term success.
Our standard is high: We don’t do generic plug-and-play. We take time to understand each client’s environment and configure integrations that work precisely for their workflows. If you take pride in delivering clean, dependable, well-supported implementations—and love being a trusted technical partner—you’ll thrive here.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage client CRM integration projects across Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and other platforms
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to ensure each client’s setup is aligned with their sales and marketing goals
- Work directly with clients’ technical stakeholders to understand their CRM structure, business logic, and data needs
- Configure, test, and deploy integrations using AdvizorPro’s tools, APIs, and supported workflows
- Act as a trusted advisor—helping clients understand best practices and how to get the most out of their data within their CRM
- Provide post-integration support and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to share feedback and improve integration processes over time
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., solutions engineer, onboarding specialist, CRM consultant, or integration lead)
- Deep experience with at least one major CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Comfortable navigating data structures, APIs, field mapping, workflows, and permissions
- Strong communication skills—able to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to getting the setup right
- Not a developer, but technically confident and resourceful when working in client systems
- Experience in the financial services or SaaS space is a plus
What We Offer
- Hybrid work environment: Midtown Atlanta office Monday–Thursday; remote on Fridays
- Generous paid time off
- 401(k) plan
- Comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance coverage
- A collaborative, supportive team culture that values quality and client success
- The opportunity to work directly with leading asset managers, fintech platforms, and growth-stage distribution teams
- A high-impact role at a rapidly scaling company with meaningful visibility and growth potential
