Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene, meal preparation, taking medication, brushing their teeth.
- Provide companionship and support during recreational activities, such as side by side riding, movies, and community events.
- Help individuals by going to in community activities and events.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and progress toward goals.
- Attend training and meetings as required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must be 18 years old
- A clean, valid New York State driver's license,
- Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, climb stairs/ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
- NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! Paid training for new hires
- Shift differentials for evenings, weekends and overnights
- Paid time off after 90 days
