Project Manager Essential Functions:
The Project Manager will lead the daily functions of projects being directed by the Practice Operations team. This individual will collaborate with Advocare Home Office Departments to ensure all required tasks are completed when onboarding new Care Centers and changes throughout existing Care Centers requiring project management.
- Develop project plans outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Facilitate clear communication between team members and the Care Center.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success.
- Motivate and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Coordinate and assign tasks in Microsoft Teams or other project management software.
- Implement quality assurance processes to meet project specifications and timelines.
- Identify, address, and mitigate issues promptly, finding effective solutions to keep the project on track.
- Provide regular project updates, status reports, and action items to leadership and Care Center VP and Office Manager.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with care centers and internal team members, to address their needs and expectations of the Care Centers.
- Adjust project plans as necessary based on changing circumstances and requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and evaluation.
- Attend Monthly Practice Operations Departmental Meeting.
- Provide Go-Live support to new Care Centers across multiple States, when necessary.
- Provide and ensure Care Center Integrity: including patient care, patient safety, and patient satisfaction, while cultivating an efficient, effective, and safe environment.
- Establish and maintain a professional and effective working relationship with physicians, employees, Care Centers, and the public.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Project Manager Required Education and Experience:
- Project Management Certificate required.
- At least three years of experience in healthcare management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; fax machines and internet software.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time remote position with occasional work on-site. Days and hours of work may vary.
Travel:
Minimal travel is expected for this position.
