Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and other callers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of entering demographics and insurance information into the computer system.

Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and inquiries from patients.
  • Utilize strong phone etiquette to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of patient interactions through data entry into our computerized system.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve issues.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of scheduling to assist patients in understanding the information needed to get them registered into our electronic health record system. Knowledge of e-clinical works software would be a plus.
  • Provide support for various medical office tasks as needed.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a patient call center role.
  • Familiarity with medical office scheduling is advantageous.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
