Medical Call Center
AMS Cardiology is a large medical practice located in Horsham, PA, is expanding and we are looking for a full-time Medical Receptionist to be part of a Medical Office Call Center working from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES for a Medical Call Center Representative:
- Answering phones.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Responding to patient requests.
- Relaying information to nurses, physicians, and other staff members.
REQUIREMENTS for a Medical Call Center Representative:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced medical practice.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 2013 Outlook, Word, and Adobe Standard.
- Experience with E-Clinical Works is a plus.
