We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while handling inquiries and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a background in a medical office setting, ensuring accurate and effective interactions with our patients.
Duties
- Respond to incoming calls and assist patients with inquiries related to medical services and appointment scheduling. Knowledge of e-clinical works a plus.
- Accurately communicate with patients regarding their needs.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded in the system.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating effectively with patients
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance patients satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service within a medical office environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is highly desirable.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data management.
