Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized MedicalAppointment Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient appointments, ensuring smooth operations within the office, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting and possess strong clerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments using e-clinical works software
• Manage incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Knowledge of medical insurance
• Maintain accurate patient records using data entry.

Skills

• Experience in a medical office required
• Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in e -clinical works software is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of medical insurance carriers
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient service.
• Ability to operate phone systems effectively while managing multiple calls.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
