We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Respiratory Professional to join our team. As a critical care respiratory therapist, you will play a vital role in providing life-saving interventions to critically ill patients.
Main Responsibilities
- Life-Saving Interventions: Utilize advanced respiratory therapy techniques, such as invasive and non-invasive ventilation, to save lives and prevent further deterioration.
- Patient Monitoring: Continuously monitor patients' respiratory status, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborative Care: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordinate discharge planning.
Requirements
- Licensure: Hold a current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license and an active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential if received prior to 2023.
- Certifications: Possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited respiratory care program with a minimum associate degree.
