About the Role
- Assume primary responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for assigned patients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and caregivers, fostering trust and open communication.
The Ideal Candidate
- Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing with one year of medical-surgical experience in an acute or subacute care facility.
- Hold a current Illinois RN license and CPR certification.
- Be able to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance and assist with ambulation including turning and transferring patients up to 200 pounds.
