Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize evidence-based practice to deliver high-quality patient care
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with industry trends and advancements
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current IL RN license
- BSN preferred; ADN acceptable with agreement for nurses with less than 12 months of experience to enroll in BSN completion program
- Minimum 1 year of current nursing experience preferably in Critical Care
- Current AHA CPR and ACLS certification
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts in order to accommodate staffing
