Responsibilities:
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized plans of care.
- Implementing strategies to reduce patient risk and increase patient safety.
- Collaborating with other healthcare team members to coordinate patient-centered care.
- Providing ongoing evaluation of patient outcomes and taking appropriate action when necessary.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
- At least 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.
