Position Purpose: This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Associate at Advocate Financial Life & Health Brokerage LLC. The Regional Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including recruiting new agents, activation of new clients through training materials, and existing client support.

Physical Demands
- Primarily sedentary role with occasional standing, walking, and lifting (up to 25 pounds).

- Regular in-person attendance, with the ability to distinguish colors and read close-up.
- Frequent public speaking and occasional travel within the continental US, with brief exposure to outdoor weather.
- Moderate background noise environment (keyboards, phones, talking).
